What to expect from your first consultation

The first visit is not a shopping trip with better lighting. You come to 9050 Cypress Green Drive, Suite 104, and we try to answer a narrower question: what, if anything, should happen to your face, hair, or body next — and what should wait.

Wear little makeup if the visit is about skin or injectables. Bring a list of medications and, if you have them, photos of yourself from a few years ago. We are not collecting nostalgia. We are trying to see what time actually changed versus what lighting changed.

Dr. Donzo will watch how you animate if injectables are on the table. She will look at pigment under more than one light if skin is the job. She will ask about events, travel, and whether you can stay out of the sun — because Jacksonville does not pause UV for your calendar.

Same-day treatment is possible when candidacy, product, and time line up. It is not a promise. A good consult can end with ‘not today’ and still be worth the drive from Mandarin or Ponte Vedra.

We do not publish treatment menus online because unit counts and peel depths are not SKUs. We do tell you this: the consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your first treatment when you move forward here. Financing through CareCredit or Cherry is a separate conversation if a series needs it.
