We do not promise clear in three facials. We do promise a plan you can follow, and an honest conversation if you need dermatology for isotretinoin or a lesion that is not acne.

Cycle, diet fads, hair products, helmets, and every cream you ‘only use sometimes’ belong in the first visit.

Cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, barrier support, and infusion. Inflamed cysts are not a squeezing contest.

Home care, possible prescriptions, and IPL series if you are a candidate. We photograph so we are not arguing with memory.

FAQ
Questions worth answering.
Do you prescribe acne medication?
When it is clinically appropriate, as part of a physician-guided plan. Not every patient needs a prescription, and not every prescription belongs on every face.
What does IPL do for acne?
V-IPL may be used for appropriate candidates as part of a series. Skin type, tan, and acne pattern all affect whether light is useful or risky.
Will extractions scar me?
Done poorly, yes. We extract when it helps. We leave inflamed lesions alone when touching them would leave a mark.
How long until I see a change?
Some calming is quick. Pattern change is weeks. We would rather you stay on a plan than bounce between ‘new’ facials every Saturday.
