Alma IQ Skin Analysis
Most skin visits start with a well-lit guess. Alma IQ® is the opposite: multi-light imaging that shows surface and subsurface pigment, redness, texture, and early aging on the face, and on the neck or décolleté when it is useful. Dr. Donzo still examines you. The images keep both of you honest about what is melanin, what is vascular, and what is just last week’s breakout.

How we actually approach this.
This is not a diagnosis machine and it is not a sales funnel with a glowing ‘age score.’ It is a baseline. We print or store progress photos so a peel, IPL, or skincare change has something to be judged against besides memory.

What we offer under Alma IQ Skin Analysis
Alma IQ® is available at Vivid Bliss for physician-guided skin analysis. Multi-light imaging captures surface and subsurface detail — pigmentation, redness, texture, and early signs of aging — so your treatment plan is based on what we can see, not guesswork.
- Non-invasive multi-light skin imaging
- Surface and subsurface analysis
- Pigmentation, redness, and texture mapping
- Personalized treatment planning
- Face, neck, and décolleté imaging when appropriate
- Progress photos to track results over time
Alma IQ® skin analysis is available during consultation. Imaging supports clinical assessment and does not replace a physician evaluation.

A visit for alma iq skin analysis
01
Clean skin, then capture
Arrive with as little makeup as you can. We image, then look at the maps together so you can see what we see.
02
Translate maps into a plan
Pigment, vessels, and texture rarely want the same first treatment. The images help us sequence peels, light, and home care instead of stacking them.
03
Repeat when the story changes
After a series — or a Florida summer — we image again. If nothing moved, we change the plan instead of selling the same facial.
From Dr. Donzo
“I spent years formulating skincare for different skin tones. Imaging keeps me from treating a photograph in my head. If the map says vascular and you came in asking for a brightening peel, we talk about that mismatch before anything goes on your face.”
— Dr. Donzo, Internal Medicine Physician
FAQ
Questions worth answering.
Does Alma IQ replace a physician exam?
No. Imaging supports the exam. It does not diagnose melanoma, and it does not replace a dermatology referral when a lesion looks suspicious.
Is the imaging uncomfortable?
It is noninvasive light photography. You may see bright flashes. There is no needle and no downtime.
Can I wear makeup to the visit?
You can arrive in it. We will need it off for accurate images. If you have an event the same afternoon, say so — we can plan the order of the visit.
Do you use Alma IQ at every facial?
When it changes the plan or tracks a series. Not as a mandatory upsell on a straightforward hydration facial.
