Scars are architecture. Ice-pick, boxcar, rolling, and color change do not want the same device. We combine V-FR fractional radiofrequency, microneedling, PRP, and VI Peel when the mix fits your scar type, skin tone, and how much social downtime you can spend.

Active acne has to be controlled first or we are carving on a moving problem. If you still have cysts, we start on the acne program.

    Classify the scar

    Fingers and raking light beat a phone selfie. We name types so we are not microneedling a problem that wants energy-based resurfacing.

  2. 02

    Pick downtime you can keep

    V-FR and microneedling are different weeks. If you cannot hide, we pick the lighter tool and a longer series.

  3. 03

    Photograph in the same light

    Scars lie in bathroom mirrors. We use consistent photos or we will argue about progress that is actually lighting.

FAQ

Questions worth answering.

Can scars fully disappear?

Usually no. The honest goal is softer edges, better light reflection, and less makeup needed. Anyone promising erasure is selling a different clinic.

Is V-FR better than microneedling?

They are different injuries. We choose based on scar type and how you heal, not based on which machine is free this afternoon.

Do I need PRP?

Sometimes as an adjunct. It is not mandatory magic. If your budget has to pick, we pick the tool that changes texture.

How many sessions?

A series. We reassess rather than pre-selling a number that ignores how you actually respond.
