The goal is facial balance. A lip that is fuller than the chin can support will read as done. A cheek that is lifted without a jawline plan can look puffy in Town Center lighting. Dr. Donzo treats filler as structure, not as a one-syringe special.

Filler is not dissolved by hope. If you have had work elsewhere and something feels heavy or misplaced, say so in the consult. Sometimes the right next step is patience, hyaluronidase, or skin quality — not another syringe.

See the face as a whole

We photograph, then talk through thirds and fifths of the face. Isolated lip filler is sometimes right. Often the lip is compensating for a shy chin or a flat midface.

Choose the gel for the job

A firmer product that holds a jawline is the wrong texture for a fine perioral line. Product is matched to tissue depth and movement, not to a brand campaign.

Swelling is not the result

You will look more after the visit than you will at two weeks. We schedule around events, flights, and Jacksonville humidity, and we tell you what is bruise versus what is placement.

Questions worth answering.

Which JUVÉDERM filler do I need?

The gel is chosen for the tissue, not the other way around. Lips, cheeks, jawline, and under-eyes are different jobs. That decision is made in consultation after we see you in motion.

How long do dermal fillers last?

It depends on the product, the area, and how you metabolize hyaluronic acid. Lips often soften sooner than cheeks or chin. We give you a realistic window in the room rather than a marketing number.

Can filler fix under-eye hollows?

Sometimes, with a conservative plan and the right product. Not every dark circle is a volume problem — pigment, allergy, and skin quality mimic hollows. If filler is not the honest tool, we say so.

Do you dissolve filler placed somewhere else?

When hyaluronic-acid filler is causing heaviness or distortion, dissolving can be part of the plan. We evaluate first. Not every lump is filler, and not every filler should be erased the same day you walk in.
