Injectables Consultation

An injectables visit at Vivid Bliss does not start with a syringe on a tray. It starts with a conversation about what you want to change — and what you want to keep. Dr. Mameyan Donzo, MD reviews your facial balance, medical history, and how you actually move when you talk, smile, and frown, because those details decide product and dose more than a menu ever will.

How we actually approach this.

That first consult is the plan. You leave knowing which areas are worth treating, which ones are better left alone, and whether a wrinkle relaxer, filler, biostimulator, or a pause is the honest next step. If you are not a candidate, we say so in the room — not after you have already paid for something that will not serve you.

The consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your first treatment when you move forward here. Same-day treatment is not promised; it depends on candidacy, product availability, and whether rushing the plan would compromise the result.

If you book this

A visit for injectables consultation

  1. 01

    Goals, not a shopping list

We start with photographs, lighting, and how your face rests versus how it animates. You point to what bothers you. Dr. Donzo names the anatomy underneath it.

  2. 02

    History and candidacy

Medications, prior neurotoxin or filler, autoimmune history, pregnancy, and recent dental or surgical work all change timing. We would rather reschedule than treat through a red flag.

  3. 03

    A written next step

You leave with a recommended sequence — relaxer, filler, skin quality, or a combination — plus what recovery looks like for your calendar on Jacksonville’s Southside.

From Dr. Donzo

I trained as a cosmetic chemist before medicine. I still read faces the way I used to read formulas: what is already working, what is missing, and what would look invented. Enhance, never alter is not a slogan in this consult. It is the filter for every yes.

FAQ

Questions worth answering.

Do I have to get treated the same day as my injectables consultation?

No. The consult is the medical visit. Treatment happens when the plan, the product, and your calendar line up. Some patients treat the same day; many prefer to think it over.

Is the consultation fee applied to treatment?

Yes. Your consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your first treatment at Vivid Bliss.

Can I ask about Botox, filler, and Sculptra in one visit?

That is the point of this consult. We map options against your anatomy instead of selling one product family because it is on the shelf.

What should I bring to an injectables consult in Jacksonville?

A list of medications and supplements, dates of any recent dental work or vaccines if you remember them, and photos of yourself from a few years ago if you have them. Wear little or no makeup if you can.
