Regenerative Injectables
Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from your own blood. There is no brand in a box that replaces a clean draw, a correct spin, and an honest talk about what PRP can and cannot do. At Vivid Bliss we use it for skin quality, selected under-eye concerns, hair-restoration support, and in combination with microneedling when that pairing makes sense.

A visit for regenerative injectables
01
Confirm the job
Skin dullness, under-eye quality, and hair density are three different protocols. We pick one primary job so the visit is not a vague ‘PRP everything.’
02
Draw, prepare, place
A blood draw, preparation, and placement happen in one appointment when you are a candidate. Eat beforehand. Tell us if needles make you lightheaded.
03
Series, then photographs
One session is data, not a finale. We reassess with photos — especially for hair — before adding more.
From Dr. Donzo
“PRP is not magic plasma. It is a medical procedure with a messy reputation because it is sold like a facial add-on. I use it when the biology fits the goal, and I will send you to hair-specific TED or to filler if that is the more honest path.”
— Dr. Donzo, Internal Medicine Physician
FAQ
Questions worth answering.
Is PRP the same as a vampire facial?
Marketing names blur the medical steps. We describe the actual plan: draw, preparation, and whether it is paired with microneedling. Ask for the protocol, not the nickname.
Can PRP replace under-eye filler?
Not always. PRP may support skin quality; it does not reliably replace volume the way hyaluronic-acid filler can. We choose based on what your hollow actually is.
Do you use PRP for hair?
Yes, as one option alongside Alma TED. They are not interchangeable. Hair plans stay on the hair-restoration pages so the story does not get mixed with facial PRP.
How many PRP visits will I need?
Usually a series, then maintenance if you are responding. We would rather stop than continue a plan that photographs the same.
