Alma IQ plus an exam. We do not flash a photofacial at melasma the way we might at discrete sun spots.

Sequence tools
Light, peel, and tyrosinase-aware home care in an order that does not rebound pigment.

Maintenance is the result
Florida does not offer a pigment cure. We talk hats until it is boring.

FAQ
Questions worth answering.
Can you treat freckles?
Some, when they are photodamage you want lifted. Freckles you like can stay. We ask which is which.
Is this safe during summer?
Often we wait or we treat conservatively. Summer IPL plus a boat is a common way to pay twice.
Will it all come back?
Sun will try. Maintenance and SPF decide how much. Anyone selling permanent erasure in this climate is not pricing the weather.
Do I need a peel or IPL?
Depends on whether the pigment is discrete spots, diffuse film, or melasma. That is the consult.
