    Profile photographs

    Front-on selfies lie. We look at the three-quarter and the true profile.

  2. 02

    Assign each tool a job

    RF for skin, relaxer for masseter bulk, filler for chin projection, Kybella only if fat is the tissue. Rarely all of them, never all at once without a sequence.

  3. 03

    Reassess before adding a syringe

    Tightening can change how much filler you still want. Order matters.

FAQ

Questions worth answering.

Will this give me a surgical jawline?

No. It can refine. Bone structure still wins.

Do I need filler too?

Only if projection is missing. We decide after we see you, not from this paragraph.

What about masseter Botox?

If bulk is muscle, yes as a separate indication. If bulk is fat or bone, a relaxer will disappoint.

How long is a series?

Tightening is multiple visits. Injectables have their own calendars. We write both down so they do not collide.
